If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will try to call or message you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment center and your account will be refunded for the order amount.
To cancel your order within 24 hours of your order dispatch, you can email email@example.com with your details of your order and we shall promptly cancel your order. You can also contact +91-9810079904 to cancel
Only orders that haven't left the fulfillment center can be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier. We will refund your order after it is received in our fulfillment center.
Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and jewellery. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). Please note that items on ‘final sale’ cannot be returned.
Returns can only be requested within 10 days from the date of receipt of product.
Once the product has been checked at our fulfillment center, we will issue the refund to you.
